Tempe Beach Park/ Tempe Town Lake, Tempe: A park on the water with green space, surrey bike rentals, boat rentals and walking paths.

Age recommendation: All Ages

Hours: Park: 5am – Midnight, Lake: 5am – 10 pm

What to expect: The Beach park is where you’d go to rent boats, kayaks, bikes, etc. rentals. There are restrooms on the Beach Park side. The walking paths go either way and are on both sides of the lake (which really feels more like a river since it is long and narrow).

Tips: There is free parking at the park and across the bridge at Mill Ave & Curry Rd. There is also paid parking at Mills and 5th. Also, how cute is this Tempe Town Lake Safari Guide for kids?
