Paseo Vista Recreational Area, Chandler: A park in Chandler with a disc golf course, archery range, dog parks, succulent garden, playground and restrooms.

Hours: 6am – 10:30pm

What to expect: This park is a former landfill that was repurposed. The lot is sloping with lots of rock walls to prevent erosion. It is also connects to the Paseo Trail, a popular biking and running path that runs alongside a canal in some sections. (Walk to the back of the park from the parking lot and there are ramps leading to the trail/canal.)

FYI children under 12 aren’t permitted in the Dog Parks.

Tips: Not a lot of sun-covering here so the playground is better experienced during the cooler months.
