What to expect: A huge museum with multiple floors, rooms and experiences. Everything is hands on learning fun! There are some sections that accommodate toddlers like a playhouse on the first floor as well as a few other attractions throughout the museum like a “stomach” slide. Elevators as well as stairs will take you to the museum’s multiple levels.

Tips: It gets crowded during the week with field trips and even during the summer with camps. Your best bet may be on the weekend. If you go during the week, try it when it first opens or after 1 pm.

You’ll find a small concession stand past the lobby and vending machines in the lunchroom. Bean Sprouts (cafe) in the main lobby area and is open daily from 10am – 4pm.
